Features

DC Motor Speed Controller can achieve simple automatic functions. It can remote control the speed up and down, positive and reversing rotation and stop of the brushed DC motor. It owns powerful function, stable performance and beautiful appearance.

 

SPECIFICATIONS 

Input Voltage: DC 12-30V.

Power: max 250W cont. for 12V

DC power supply >=1.3 times of the motor power

Max Output Current: 30A (Equipped with 30A fuse)

Power LED: System starts normally, the two LEDs flash at the same time. 

When the motor is in stop status, the LED D3 flashes once per second.

Direction LED: In operation, push Key 1 or Key 2 of remote control (control direction of motor), the LED D4 or D3 lights up.

Potentiometer: 10K/100k

Signal Input Pin: (with 4P connecting lines): connect two manual switches to control the direction of motor

Limit Input Pin:

Connect mechanical stroke switch (micro switch) to achieve limit function;

Connect photoelectric switch; proximity switch; hall switch (NPN normal open type) to achieve the limit function

IMPORTANT NOTES

l An appropriately rated fuse (rated a little higher than the maximum current you expect to draw) is recommended to ensure safe operation.

l The controller is NOT reverse-polarity protected and it will be damaged if connect the supply voltage with wrong polarity. Double check all connections before applying power and always turn off the power supply before making any wiring changes

 

Operating instruction

Before you attempting to wire the controller, make sure power is off.

WARNING: DO NOT REVERSE POSTIVE AND NEGATIVE POWER LOADS.THIS WILL DAMAGE THE CONTROLLER.

1. Connect wires refer to the “Instruction Manual”

2. Turn on the power, use the RC controller or adjust the potentiometer to achieve the function.

3. The LED indicates the power up and the speed of motor.
